DELIVERY OVERVIEW
Items bought from our website are dispatched on working days only and for items to be dispatched on the same working day of your order, the checkout process must be completed strictly before stated cut-off times (typically 4pm sorry no exceptions). Any order placed after our cut-off times will be sent the following working day. Friday orders placed before our cut-off will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays), unless the Saturday delivery option has been chosen and paid for. Ordering after our cut-off on Friday and at weekends will mean that your items will be dispatched the following working day (excluding bank holidays).
A signature is required for all deliveries over £50 and parcels cannot be left without a signature or with a neighbour without prior arrangement. All items bought on our website over the value of £50 require a signature at the point of delivery and will be returned back to your local delivery depot should no-one be at home to sign for them. If this happens the courier should leave a card or contact you by text or email advising on what you need to do next. We are able to deliver parcels to a neighbour or a work address if this is more convenient, but this must be specified as the 'delivery address' at checkout. If you want the parcel left with a neighbour, written confirmation of this must be provided in the 'notes' section at the checkout (E.g. 'Leave with number 24 or 25 if not in'). Unfortunately we cannot leave Royal Mail delivery notes.
Bulky items, fragile items or items that total more than 25kg will be sent as a Pallet Delivery. We do not advise allowing pallet deliveries to be left with a neighbour, as they are big and bulky items and someone must be available to receive and inspect the goods at the point of delivery. Please do not order pallet deliveries knowing that no-one will be available to receive them, as re-delivery fees will apply.
Please note Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are not classified as ‘working days’ and we cannot be held liable in any way for exact delivery timings or delayed deliveries. We put faith in the companies we use to deliver our goods within the timescales they define, however these timescales are not 100% guaranteed and the operations and actions of these companies and staff are simply beyond our control. We will not compensate for any damage, loss of labour or lost time due to late or delayed deliveries.
Unfortunately, due to legislation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 items purchased on our website cannot be left in a 'safe place'.
DELIVERY TERMS & PRICES
Pallet Prices
Bulky items (boilers, cylinders, etc) that total more than 25kg will be sent on a palletised delivery. Pallet deliveries are large, bulky deliveries and must be delivered on the very first occasion. Failure to deliver on the first attempt will mean a non-negotiable re-delivery charge of £60 + VAT.
Pallet Track Next Day Pallet Delivery prices (1.2m x 1m wide x 2m high maximum) are listed at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. Please ensure you select the correct pallet delivery for your area (some are postcode specific), as orders will be cancelled and refunded should the incorrect delivery option be chosen.

Parcel Delivery Prices
Items purchased from The INTERGAS Shop will have different delivery methods available, depending on size, value and weight. Items sent via Royal Mail are usually delivered within the relevant timescales on Royal Mail's website (http://www.royalmail.com/personal/sending-mail). All other courier methods have estimated delivery timescales based on usual delivery routines. You will usually receive delivery information direct from the courier, providing you have supplied a telephone number or email address.
Parcel Delivery prices up to 30kg are listed at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. Please ensure you select the correct delivery for your area, as orders will be cancelled and refunded should the incorrect delivery option be chosen.
All orders will be checked upon dispatch and should the surcharge not have been paid, The INTERGAS Shop is under no obligation to send the order.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order prior to dispatch please contact us at 01686 626 314, you can check on your order's dispatch status in the Orders section of My Account.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Any unwanted orders or individual products can be returned to us after delivery has been made following our Non-Faulty Items Returns Policy.
RETURNS POLICY
CONSUMER RETURNS POLICY
This Condition does not affect your legal and statutory rights, and further advice can be obtained from the Citizens Advice Bureau.
1 Definitions
1.1 You may cancel your order at any time provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Goods by either:
(a) emailing sales@theintergasshop.co.uk; or
(b) telephoning 01686 626 314
1.2 If you have received the Goods before you cancel your order you must send the Goods back to the return address supplied at your own cost and risk. You should obtain proof of postage.
1.3 Orders placed for goods made to customer's specifications or clearly personalised or non-stocked goods specifically ordered at the customer’s request (“Special Order Goods”) cannot be cancelled. We will contact you to let you know whether your order contains any such items.
1.4 You may return Goods for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery / collection provided that the following conditions are satisfied:
(a) Goods will only be accepted if you have taken reasonable care of them and they are unused;
(b) You return all the original packaging where possible to do so; and
(c) You supply the advice note accompanying the Goods or other proof of purchase (and for the avoidance of doubt a copy of the email confirming details of the order will not be sufficient for these purposes).
1.5 Before returning any Goods you must contact us and obtain a "Returns Form" either by:
(a) emailing sales@mwphs.co.uk; or
(b) telephoning 01686 626 314
1.6 Except where otherwise agreed, you are responsible for returning the Goods to us. We ask that you please ensure that you obtain adequate proof of postage with adequate insurance in place.
1.7 Where Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession we are not obliged to accept the return of those Goods. In such circumstances, we will notify you that the Goods are available for re-collection or re-delivery for which you shall be liable for any reasonable delivery charges incurred.
1.8 The Company cannot offer refunds or accept returns on the following (unless they are faulty):
(a) Special Order Goods;
(b) if sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods (eg boiler printed circuit boards); and (c) Goods that have been fitted;
1.9 In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund together with any applicable delivery charges. Notification of any defect must be made within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
2.0 If you return Goods to us:
(a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within seven working days following the date of delivery,; or
(a) for any other reason (save where the Goods are faulty) within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection, we will process the refund due to you (including any applicable delivery charges) as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us.
2.1 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

1.1 Orders for Special Order Goods may not be cancelled.
1.2 The Buyer may cancel other orders at any time before they are dispatched by either:

1.3 Before returning any Goods to the Company the Buyer must contact the Company either by:
(a) emailing sales@mwphs.co.uk; or
(b) telephoning 01686 626 314
1.4 The Buyer may return Goods for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery / collection provided that the following conditions are satisfied:
(a) Goods will only be accepted if they are in brand new, unused condition fit for immediate re-sale;
(b) Packaged items will only be accepted if the package remains unbroken and in reasonable condition,; and
(c) The Buyer supplies the Advice Note or other proof of purchase (and for the avoidance of doubt a copy of the email confirming details of the order will not be sufficient for these purposes)
1.5 Where Goods are returned pursuant to Condition 1.4 (where they are not faulty):
(a) in every case a restocking charge will be made; and
(b) the risk and cost or returning the Goods shall be at the Buyer's cost.
1.6 The Company will examine the returned Goods and will process any refund to the Buyer within 14 days. Unless otherwise notified by the Company the price of the Goods will be refunded less any applicable delivery and/or collection charges.
1.7 The Company cannot offer refunds or accept returns on the following (unless they are faulty):
(a) Special Order Goods;
(b) if sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods (eg boiler printed circuit boards);
(c) Goods that have been fitted; and
(d) specially manufactured products.
